Holy Cow! I was intent on getting my menu planning posted to my blog but didn’t figure in time for the learning curve on how to link to and download documents and discovered not all my recipes are in doc format (many were in my head). Fortunately, it is now done and I feel great knowing it’s recorded forever.
Week of July 20th:
Sunday: Homemade Calzones (using this fabulously easy dough recipe)
Monday: Dad visiting; buying delivery pizza for convenience
Tuesday: Tex-mex white bean stew
Wednesday: Modified meatloaf with corn & green salad
Thursday: Italian-inspired penne
Friday, Saturday: Camping food- hot dogs, burgers, slaw, pesto eggs, roasted potatoes, sausage & fruit.
Week of July 27th:
Sunday: Mission Style Burritos
Monday: Spaghetti Bolognese
Tuesday: Ginger glazed Mahi mahi with fresh veggies & salad
Wednesday: Tolarani
Thursday: Yakisoba with marinated tofu
Friday: Quick leftovers; making 8 hr. drive to beach house
Saturday: Meet family- bringing Mediterranean salad & hot wings for pot luck
